If your RC1000 has broken buttons, you can call support to order new buttons. The buttons come in two different pieces, the outside pushbutton and the inside switch, which solders onto the PCB.

Counting (slow) (back to top)

If the RC1000 is counting slow, but still will perform accurate auto moves, then it has lost its CCW limit. The controller will still move accurately because the RC1000's displayed counts are not the same as the internal counts. The displayed counts will also display anywear from about 0 to 980, whereas the internal counts are stored from 30 to 65,535.
