 Prior experience with cable harness, PC board and mechanical chassis assembly desired

 Ability to work well with other technicians as well as employees in other departments

 Detail oriented with the ability to focus in a fast paced environment

 Multi-tasking capability with superior organizational skills

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 2 year degree in electronics required, 4 year degree recommended

 Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds

 Ability to represent RCI in a professional manner

 Test finished products according to documented procedures

 Perform troubleshooting of product at a system and component level using appropriate test

 Perform repairs, including soldering thru-hole and surface mount

 Must be able to read and comprehend electronic schematics and mechanical drawings

 Utilize computer software as needed for documentation, test and setup

 Document problems encountered during tests, update and write test procedures

 Mechanical aptitude is a plus

 Assist in implementation of engineering projects

 May need to provide phone and email technical support

 Some travel may be required

 Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or RCI management
